Yes—if you submit within 30 days of delivery and the item was purchased from FineToo Leather. Some customizations or heavily worn items may be excluded on review. Please note, free remake is for first custom size only.
Do I need to send the original back?
It depends on the product and change requested. We’ll confirm whether to keep, donate, or return the original and provide a prepaid label when applicable.
How long does a remake take?
Most remakes ship within about 2 weeks from approval, depending on materials and seasonality.
Can I change the leather color or hardware?
Yes—any current catalog materials/options are available. If something’s discontinued, we’ll suggest the closest match.

No. Your original coverage continues from the original purchase date.
