Damages & Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges


The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

How do I start a return?
Email info@finetooleather.com with your order number and reason for return. If accepted, we’ll send a prepaid label and step-by-step instructions.
What items can’t be returned?
Items that have been worn or used, missing tags, not in original packaging, or returned without prior approval aren’t eligible. If you’re unsure, email us first and we’ll advise.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes—return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been over 15 business days since approval, contact us.
Do you provide the return shipping label?
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid label along with packing and drop-off instructions.
